MACHINE SERIES MAPLAN edition

The machine series MAPLAN edition offers European machine quality at an excellent price/performance relation.

Not only the development and design of the machines is done in Europe, also each machine component is manufactured in Europe and is of high quality. The optimum configuration of the machine models results in a very small floor space. So the use of the MAPLAN edition results in a high output per m2 hall space.

The fully hydraulic clamping system of the series MAPLAN edition provides support of nearly the whole cavity area. 

The clamp unit is designed fully hydraulic. The solid main clamping piston supports nearly the whole cavity area and guarantees the stability of the machine. By the optimum parallel clamping of the mould an optimum part quality is reached, also at high precision requirements. The clamping unit is available with 160t, 250t and 400t clamping force.

The machine series MAPLAN edition is equipped with the successful MAPLAN FIFO injection unit. This unit works to the well proven First In/First Out principle. This means that the material first plasticized will be injected first. A constant L/D ratio guarantees the homogenous preparation of the compound. Another benefit is the very short distance from the pot chamber to the nozzle, this means that very little injection pressure is lost during the injection. The nozzle is permanently cooled so it is not necessary to use a nozzle lift, so taking away the risk of nozzle leakage. The well engineered MAPLAN F.I.F.O injection unit guarantees precise shot accuracy and perfect repeatability.

The easy cleaning of the MAPLAN FIFO injection unit simplifies necessary changing of compounds and minimizes the resulting down time.

For the series MAPLAN edition injection units with volumes of 750cm3 up to 3200 cm3 are available.

In regards to machine control system, the currently most effective control for rubber injection moulding machines - PC5000touch – is used. The trendsetting multitasking-process technology allows highest precision at all control processes and positionings. The intuitive touch-screen-handling on a 15,4“ Touch Screen provides new dimensions in simple use.
